About

MB-Post

MB-Post is a repository of metabolome datasets. One purpose of MB-Post is the development of a repository where users can easily deposit their data. Another purpose is a future integration with the other omics layers. The MB-Post repository is being developed by collaboration with the jPOST(Japan proteome standard repository/database) project.

MassBank Human

MassBank Human is a database of product ion spectra obtained from human metabolome datasets. Product ion spectra were generated from each DDA or IDA dataset in the metabolome data repositories. Levels of m/z accuracy and S/N of product ions were improved by the spectral averaging [1]. The MassBank Human database includes product ion spectra of "Known-knowns," "Known-Unknowns," and "Unknown-unknowns".

MassBank in silico

MassBank in silico collects predicted product ion spectral information for metabolites for which standards are not available and MS/MS information is not listed in existing public databases. This project aims to improve the accuracy of MS/MS predictions and increase the reliability of future metabolite annotations.

MSSJ MassBank

MassBank is a database of high-quality mass spectra data developed by the MassBank community. A mirror server of MassBank (MSSJ MassBank) is hosted and maintained by the Mass Spectrometry Society of Japan (MSSJ). The Shin-MassBank project does not directly contribute to developing and maintaining the MassBank server system and services. The Shin-MassBank project provides mass spectra data by collaborating with the MSSJ MassBank as a member of the MassBank community.
