What's Shin-MassBank?
The Shin-MassBank project aims to develop a novel data processing pipeline for accumulating product ion (MS2) spectra obtained from biological samples. The pipeline consists of three databases. MB-POST is a user-friendly raw data repository. MassBank Human is a library of MS2 spectra derived from human metabolome datasets. MassBank in silico provides metabolite annotation functions using in silico data. The Shin-MassBank project is a member of the MassBank consortium and collaborates with the Division of Spectral Data in The Mass Spectrometry Society of Japan.
